JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ON ITALIAN CULTURE FOOD

Italian culture food is quite fancy and also has very fancy names and I am pretty sure that you all agree with that. Of course, behind all the table decorations and rich Italian menus, Italian foods are much more than that.

About the Pasta
One great example to illustrate this is the pasta seasonings and the pasta shapes.  As to dry pasta that you usually find inside plastic pouches and bags that can last for very long. One thing you may notice that there are many different shapes and sizes of the pasta and you may think what is the connection of Italian culture food? Well, the shape matters and this is really important to Italians when they prepare pasta.

The most traditional pasta sauce that came from the Roma region called Pasta all’amatriciana which is made from bacon and tomato. This is usually paired with the Bucatini pasta which makes the spaghetti taste better. The Bucatini pasta is a huge spaghetti with a hole in the middle. Furthermore, another pasta dish is called Aglio e Olio or translated as pasta with garlic and oil. Basically, these two dishes say that long spaghetti should be paired with either this two types of sauces. As you can see, Italian culture food is very strict on what kind of pasta uses what kind of sauce.

On their Cappuccino
If you think about it cappuccino is just coffee with milk and topped with milk foam and most of the time we drink this type of coffee drink if we want  and anytime we want to. But, in Italian culture food they never drink cappuccino in the evening, you asked why? Well, because that is just how they do it there. If you ever order cappuccino in the evening you may become and eye-turner or, worse, and eye-sore. They believe that cappuccino is for breakfast and only for breakfast. Though they do make sense because it is coffee but still wherever you look at it, let us respect how they do it there and just do not order cappuccino in the evening.

Some of you may think that it is pretty weird but this is how Italian culture food taste great. Of course, there are still many aspects of Italian culture when it comes to dealing with food but I am sure that you have learned a thing or two about Italian cuisine. So, if you ever plan to visit Italy, keep these things in mind and, for sure, you will enjoy your Italy escapade.
