A REVIEW ON SOUTH AFRICAN CULTURES


There are quite a lot of cultures in this world and for sure all of them are interesting and fun to learn. In this article we are going to discuss some of them and these cultures are in South Africa. This article will discuss a review on the great and rich South African cultures.

The South African Cultures
If you ever plan to visit South Africa, one major tourist attraction in South Africa is their culture itself. A lot of you might not know this but Africa is one continent that has a very vast culture because they have many tribes. To spice things even more, each tribe is unique; having different cultures and even religion. Though, in today’s time, there are many missionaries here in Africa to spread their Religion. Christianity and Judaism are two of them.

Going back, South Africa has been invaded by many other countries. The most dominant of them is Europe, so, you can also expect European cultures to exist in between these tribes.

Nations Symbols
The South African cultures symbols itself can tell you a lot when it comes to their cultures. The best part is, these symbols are purely original to South Africa and there is little or almost no foreign heritage that has influenced them.

Mostly their symbols have features of wildlife and nature. This can range to animals, flowers and gold.

The People
Just as said before, you can see that South Africa is anethnically diverse country. It is a nation that is composed of many different people, with different cultures and beliefs.

A lot of you may not know this but South Africa has eleven official languages that are being used and spoken today. Which is you would expect especially to a country with different cultures and that has experienced many invasions throughout history.

The population of South Africa alone is about 47 million and these numbers share different cultures and traditions. As you can see, you can say that South Africa is nations within a nation.  South African tribes are quite vast thus you can expect that they have different ideals among themselves. These tribes have a wide-ranging variety of religious ideals and values.  Paganism in South African culturesis known to be the very first beliefs and religions. They focus on ancestor spirituality and worship.
